I then asked my husband to look behind my plate to see if my lights were in Fact in operable, to find out that that was false information. I replied OK can you givel me the name of the person who reported us, show us a call log or some supporting documentation for what you’re saying and the officer ended up driving off. Mind you I was at the property for only 20 minutes. I was told that they had a report against me that I didn’t have the lights on. I was asked is this your car, as my kids my husband my family was inside of the car I proceeded to ask what’s the problem. Upon leaving the front desk and driving to my room I want to say for literally 10 seconds to come back to my vehicle to a police officer or security being behind my car.
I left with the understanding that management will call me in the morning. I called prior to alert that I will be using my coupon, however when I got there it was not honored and I had to pay a full night stay. I opted to use this coupon on my birthday January 8, 2022. The Hotel ended up giving us a voucher for the same 2 bedroom suite for 1 day. For 700 I paid this was unacceptable this was in April of 2021. My first stay I came for a one day stay and the stove was not working the phone line and we were given a dirty room with blood stains in it. I am just now getting the courage to write this review I have stayed at this resort twice and the last stay was a confirmation that this place is full of hate and racist.
